'Selected Small Works' at Taylor Galleries, Dublin, Ireland

Recent work by Denis Farrell curated by John Taylor and Patrick Taylor. The exhibition of selected small work showcases the artist's primary influence - the grid - as the underlying structure from which each of these paintings in oil and watercolour stems from. Executed in dense and meticulous layers over more vibrant, often contrasting colours, his paintings are richly tactile colour-noncolour explorations of rhythmic composition and sense-repetition.
